Plan pallets, not just count them

Pallet counts are easy when every pallet is the same size and nothing stacks. Real loads mix pallet sizes, heights and weights, and some pallets can be double-stacked while others cannot. TRUXE handles all of that and finds a layout that uses the deck well without overloading an axle group.

You can also start from the pallets and let TRUXE suggest the vehicle, so you book the right truck the first time.

Pallet planning features

  • Mixed pallet sizes, heights and weights in the same load
  • Stacking control: maximum stack load per item, or nothing on top
  • Vehicle suggestions based on the pallets you enter
  • Axle weight checks and a load restraint plan for every load
  • Multi-drop loads packed in unload order
  • Saved pallet sets and product libraries you can reuse
  • CSV and Excel import for large orders

Australian pallets and vehicles

TRUXE works with the standard Australian 1165 x 1165 mm pallet as well as 1200 x 1000 mm and any custom size. Plan into rigid trucks from 2 to 20 tonnes, tautliners, semi-trailers, mezzanine-deck trailers, B-doubles, road trains and sea containers, or enter your own deck dimensions.

From pallets to a printed plan

  1. Enter each pallet's outside dimensions including the base, its weight and quantity.
  2. Choose a vehicle, or pick from the vehicles TRUXE suggests.
  3. Check the 3D plan, axle loads and restraint plan.
  4. Print the PDF load plan for the forklift driver.

Frequently asked questions

How many pallets fit on a semi-trailer in Australia?

A standard 13.6 m flat-deck semi-trailer usually takes 22 standard Australian 1165 x 1165 mm pallets in a single layer, and more if they can be double-stacked. Enter your actual pallets in TRUXE to see the exact count and layout for your trailer.

Can TRUXE plan double-stacked pallets?

Yes. Each item can be stackable, limited by a maximum stack load, or marked as nothing on top, and TRUXE builds the layout within those rules.

Can I plan different pallet sizes together?

Yes. Mixed pallet sizes, heights and weights can go in the same plan.

Does TRUXE tell me which truck to book?

Yes. Start from your pallets and TRUXE suggests vehicles that fit the load, then plans the one you choose.
