About TRUXE

What Is TRUXE?

TRUXE is 3D load planning software for manufacturers, distributors and transport operators. It works out how freight fits on trucks, trailers and sea containers, checks weight, axle and load restraint limits, and produces a 3D load plan and PDF report before dispatch. TRUXE is built in Perth, Western Australia, for Australian vehicles and freight, and runs in a web browser.

Who TRUXE is for

  • Manufacturers and distributors who dispatch their own product and need to know how many trucks to book and how to load them
  • Transport operators and carriers who want fuller trucks, fewer overloaded axles and documented restraint
  • Warehouse and 3PL teams who need a plan the forklift driver can follow
  • Exporters who need to know what fits in a container before booking it

The problem it solves

Most loads are still planned from experience, a whiteboard or a spreadsheet. That leads to trucks leaving part-empty, extra trucks booked just in case, loads rebuilt at the dock, and axle or restraint problems found at the weighbridge. TRUXE plans the load before it is built, so the truck booked is the right one and the load that leaves is legal and safe.

How it works

  1. Add products by hand, from a saved product library, or by importing a CSV or Excel file.
  2. Choose a vehicle, or let TRUXE suggest one for the load.
  3. TRUXE's optimisation engine places every item by its dimensions, orientation and stacking rules, and splits large orders across several vehicles.
  4. Review the 3D plan with the weight, axle group and load restraint checks.
  5. Download the PDF report or Excel manifest for the dock and dispatch paperwork.

What TRUXE does

  • 3D load optimisation for pallets, cartons, crates, drums, IBCs, coils, pipes, bundles, steel packs and oversized items
  • Stacking rules per item: stackable, maximum load on top, or nothing on top
  • Axle group weight estimates with overload warnings and a rebalance suggestion
  • Load restraint and lashing plan, plus a glut and dunnage plan
  • Multi-truck planning that splits an order across a fleet
  • Multi-drop consignments loaded in unload order
  • Vehicle suggestions from a list of pallets
  • Saved load history, product libraries and pallet sets
  • A dedicated steel planning engine for long, heavy packs on semi-trailers and B-doubles

Supported vehicles

Rigid trucks from 2 to 20 tonnes in tray, tautliner, pantech, hydraulic tailgate and crane body styles; semi-trailers and mezzanine-deck trailers; B-doubles with separate A and B trailer limits; double and triple road trains; refrigerated and isotherm bodies; and 20 ft, 40 ft and 45 ft sea containers including high-cube, open-top and refrigerated. Any other vehicle can be entered with custom dimensions and weight limits.

Integrations and API

  • CSV and Excel import of item lists; Excel manifest export
  • REST API with endpoints for load optimisation, product libraries, consignments and pallet sets (OpenAPI specification published at /openapi.json)
  • White-label load planner that can be embedded in your own website under your brand
  • Designed to sit alongside an ERP, WMS or TMS, taking orders in and returning plans

What TRUXE is not

  • Not a route planner: it decides how freight sits on the vehicle, not which roads the truck takes
  • Not a TMS: it does not tender freight to carriers or track shipments
  • Not a weighbridge: axle loads are estimates from the plan, so weigh vehicles where required

Pricing

Guests can run a free load plan each day without an account, and a free account adds more daily plans, saved history, product libraries and reports. Paid plans are available for teams that plan loads every day, and enterprise set-up (company catalogue, custom vehicles, steel planning, API access) is quoted on request.
